2018 Fil-Am Scholar Application – Cal State Fullerton Networker Award

Congratulations on being nominated for our 2018 Fil-Am Networker Award!

Please complete by Wednesday, October 17th to be considered.

Preliminary judging by a panel of FACCOC leadership will be completed by Wednesday, October 24th and the finalist advancing to the next round will be notified with further criteria.

Candidates will be evaluated by their potential to be effective networkers and encourage guests to sign up for FACCOC membership and attend future events. Please answer each question honestly and to the best of your knowledge.
