Roger Ledina is president of Ledora Technologies, Inc., a premier technology services firm, based in Irvine, California, that provides a “One Stop Shop” for its clients’ technology needs. Prior to founding Ledora, Roger directed IT operations and provided technology, project management, business process, change management, governance, compliance, and audit consulting services to various industry and multinational clients. He also directed the technology function for a prominent Pacific Rim/Asia-centric Venture Capital Firm.
After graduating from San Diego State University (SDSU), Roger traveled to the Philippines and became part of the young, US-educated, and volunteer management staff that helped redevelop Subic Bay, Philippines into a vibrant commercial Freeport Zone. During his tenure, Roger designed, implemented, and managed the first technology-centric master-planned community project -“Subic Cybercity”, the first integrated 911 emergency response system in the Philippines, and a prototype for the Philippine National ID Card system.
Roger truly lives his passion for service to community and his fellow man. He is a former Chairperson of AB Samahan at SDSU, one of the largest and oldest Filipino student organizations in California. Samahan leadership played a key role in establishing Tagalog and Philippine Culture classes in several High Schools and Colleges in San Diego and in mobilizing the various Asian Pacific Islander collegiate groups to reestablish Asian Pacific Student Union (APSU) in the San Diego Region. After moving to Irvine, Roger joined the newly established The Irvine Filipino American Community (TIFAC) and immediately served as chairperson of the Youth & Young Adult Programs Committee. He was later appointed as Vice President and subsequently elected as President. In addition, Roger is an active member of his church. He helped to establish the Filipino Ministry, the monthly Filipino mass, and the annual “Simbang Gabi” celebrations in his parish. Roger was recognized for his service with the 2011 Outstanding Contribution to the Fil-Am Community Award by the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Orange County (FACCOC).
In his spare time, Roger enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his sons’ soccer teams, cheering for his children at Cross Country/Track Meets, and mentoring teens and young adults in achieving their personal and career goals.
