The day is almost here! FACCOC is excited to have you as part of our esteemed group of Vendors at this year’s FACCOC Charitable Golf Tournament on April 25th 2019. We want to make this an easy and stress-free process for you, so please take note of a few things below:
Hole Assignments
You will be emailed directly with your hole assignment.
Parking
The closest place to park in order to minimize the distance carrying bulky expo items (such as banners, samples, etc) is located directly across the Westridge Club House up the hill. From the parking lot head towards the clubhouse and down the stairs and someone from the Golf staff should be there to greet you and direct you to Registration and Check-In. Plan on arriving early.
Parking is Free!!
Setup and Arrival
Setup starts at 10 AM. We highly recommend arriving at this time so you don’t have to scramble for setting up your table. It will be more stressful if you arrive after 11:00 AM due to the amount of traffic we are expecting from registration. Please plan on arriving early to give you ample time for setup and travel time to your hole.
Once you arrive, go ahead and check in at Registration so they can check you in and direct you to your hole. We will have a team to help you transport your things to your hole.
**Please note that there are NO electrical outlets on the Golf Course**
Raffle Items
We highly recommend that you bring raffle items the day of the event to bring traffic to your table and further market your business. Once you check in at the registration table, please let them know that you have raffle items. Clearly mark your business name somewhere on the item so we know who to give credit to!
Guests/Attendees
There are 2 Dinner tickets included for every vendor. If you would like to purchase more Dinner Tickets you must register online here. Please note that we are “Sold Out” on Golf and we are planning on having over 200 attendees for the open networking and dinner program.
Passing Out Edible Samples
If you are planning in passing out samples, please make sure that they are sealed and packaged and we require you to abide by local health standards. Also by receiving this email you acknowledge and release FACCOC and Westridge Golf Course from any liability.
Alcohol Distribution
If you are planning to distribute alcohol please make sure to use RED plastic cups. Bottles and Cans are prohibited on the golf course and any alcohol must be transferred to the Red Cups for distribution.
