FACCOC Board of Directors to use Kaizen Philosophy to increase membership and membership retention

October 27, 2015 by Edwin Baloloy

As new FACCOC leadership plans the upcoming year after being inducted at the 21st Annual GALA, President Edwin Baloloy introduces a time-tested philosophy to the Board of Directors and Ambassadors: Continuous Improvement through Kaizen Events.

By using Kaizen, the organization can improve it’s current processes in a fraction of the time compared to traditional project management.

In order to maximize the limited time the Board of Directors will have at it’s Strategic Planning meetings, teams will need to be formed and opportunities identified prior to the session. Keep in mind these are only committee and team preferences — placement is NOT guaranteed. Choosing more than one team or committee will make assignment of teams easier.
