BOD Elections – Term 2026-2027

Welcome to the FACCOC 2026-2027 Board of Directors ballot form. From here you will vote on whether the candidates below will be added to the Board of Directors for the term of 2026-2027.

Voting is exclusive to members with current membership dues paid. To vote, you must be logged into your membership account. The username for this account is the email address you signed up with (likely the email address where you received the link to this form). If you need to reset your password, it will be sent to this email address on file.

To vote:

1. Click on the ‘Vote’ button of the candidate below (Again, you must me signed in to vote. After signing in, if you need to renew, it will say “Renew” instead of “Vote”)
2. In the Option dropdown menu, select either ‘Abstain (i.e. choose “not to vote” for this candidate)’, ‘Yes, or ‘No’ and click ‘Vote’
3. Repeat for each candidate
4. Fill out your voter information and click ‘Submit Ballot’

Once ballot has been submitted, all votes are final.

The election results will be announced by midnight (11:59 pm) on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
