Khryzza Kelley is a seasoned Learning and Development Manager and co-founder of CoWorq, an equitable outsourcing startup. With a passion for building leadership and professional development programs for large organizations, she has extensive expertise in global talent development, program management, instructional design, and stakeholder management. Throughout her career, she has successfully implemented training processes for Fortune 500 companies and led diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. As a Filipina immigrant, Khryzza is committed to fostering inclusive work environments and empowering businesses through equitable and sustainable practices.

The Gabriel Diaz Farmers Insurance Agency was established in Newport Beach in October 1989. For decades, the agency has served residents of Orange County and neighboring areas, offering tailor-made insurance products that provide peace of mind and security.
