Arnel Dino

Arnel Dino is the proud only son of Filipino immigrant parents, Eliodoro and Siony, Arnel graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Asian Pacific Studies and holds both a Professional Certificate in Grant and Proposal Preparation and a Professional Certificate in Financial Planning and Management for Nonprofit Organizations from Cal State Fullerton.

At a young age, Arnel was instilled with a high work ethic and desire to be involved in serving others. Throughout high school and college, he was constantly involved in activities and student leadership positions.

Arnel Dino is a development and fundraising professional with over 25 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, and campaigns with various nonprofit organizations and public agencies. In addition, to continuing running the family business of over 30 years.

He currently serves on the City of Fullerton Planning Commission and was previously an Economic Development Commissioner and on the city’s Infrastructure and Natural Resources Committee, which provided input into and reviewed annually the city’s Capital Improvement Program. He also served on the City’s Water Rate Subcommittee and led the Water Rate Dispute Panel. In his spare time, he volunteers with numerous organizations including sitting on the Boys and Girls Club of Fullerton Board as Secretary.

He has also served as Board Secretary for FACCOC and has the honor of being the longest serving Chamber Ambassador having been one of the first ambassadors since the program began.

Alan Osborn

Alan R. Osborn is a dedicated family man and astute business owner, known for his commitment to accessibility and the arts. At 46 years old, Alan stands at the helm of PMTMS, a company he has nurtured into a thriving enterprise since taking the reins full-time in August 2023. A proud alumnus of Fresno State, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, a field that reflects his lifelong interest in human movement and well-being.

During his college years, Alan’s leadership shone through as he served on the president’s committee for Disabilities, ensuring the campus catered to all students’ needs. His passion for inclusivity extended beyond academia as he became a board member for VSA Orange County for 11 years, advocating for disabled children’s engagement in music, arts, and dance.

After graduating in May 2005, Alan’s professional journey took him through various industries in outside sales, where he honed his skills and built a diverse network. This experience laid the groundwork for his eventual full-time focus on PMTMS, where he applies his expertise to foster growth and innovation.

Family is the cornerstone of Alan’s life. He is a devoted husband to Kerry Ann Osborn, with whom he shares two wonderful children, Ezra, 11, and EllaMae, 6. Their marriage, which began on November 9, 2008, has been a partnership of love and mutual support. Alan’s family circle includes an older brother, a sister-in-law, one nephew and two nieces, and two loving parents who reside in Mission Viejo, providing a strong family foundation that Alan treasures deeply.

Alan’s journey is one of perseverance, family values, and a commitment to making a positive impact in both his community and the business world. His story is a testament to the power of dedication and the importance of nurturing relationships, both personal and professional.
